 Big Bear, CA– Palmdale resident Candace Martin and her son Eric Funnell have agreed to a $200,000 settlement after police were caught on a scanner plotting to burn their cabin down. The lawsuit is to be paid by the tax payers of San Bernadino County. The fire was set with the intent to kill Christopher Dorner, an alleged cop killer, who was hiding inside. Read More
