Police Chief Admits to Signing Up Lawsuit Plaintiff/Tea Party-Activist Up For Obamacare and Gay Dating Sites

Background: In AUG 2013, the La Crosse Teaparty held a protest rally on a pedestrian overpass calling for the impeachment of President Obama. After the rally, the town board of Campbell WI passed an ordinance outlawing protests and holding signs, banners, flags, etc. on the pedestrian overpass, in OCT 2013.

In response the local teaparty filed a federal lawsuit in JAN 2014, and the leader of the tea party was signed up for gay dating sites, and Obamacare. After investigation, it was determined the Chief of Police of Campbell was the person behind the unwanted solicitations. The chief also posted threatening comments in the La Crosse Tribune Comments sections as username "Bill O'Reily."
