A Border Patrol agent claimed he was in fear for his life when a man started video recording from a back seat of a car during an inland immigration checkpoint in Texas last week. “I don’t know if it’s a weapon, if it’s a knife or if it’s a gun. Let me have your phone,” the agent said.
