A North Vegas Police Officer shot and killed a 38-year-old man for the supposed crime of walking away from a cop. David L. Robinson was shot in the head by an unidentified North Las Vegas cop in the backyard of an abandoned home. He had been accosted by the officer while trying to cross the street. According to NLVPD propaganda officer Chrissie Coon, Robinson was "uncooperative" and "backed away" from the armed stranger, which will make it unusually difficult to claim that the victim acted "aggressively" toward the government functionary who killed him. The killer has been placed on paid vacation while the department and the police union work on a cover story to justify his inevitable exoneration. |
