Mass. State Trooper Threatens to Steal Camera During Traffic Stop -- 'It's Illegal To Record Me Without My Permission'

After his license plate reader flagged her vehicle, a belligerent Massachusetts state trooper pulled Maya over on a pitch black road, threatened to steal her camera, and refused to provide his name to her.

We later determined that the trooper was Kenneth Harold of the Leomonster state police barracks.

Read the backstory here.

18443 A PROJECT FOR CIVILIANS:

post the
pictures,
names,
addresses,
online identifying info (facebook, etc.),
of bad cops along with links and info to their offenses.

be sure to include info on their offenses, this should not be done just because someone wears a blue shirt but because they are a bad person who needs public shaming as well as we need to know how severe and what type of crimes they've committed to know what danger we face when they come at us.

post it everywhere you can on the internet, it will get archived and mirrored even if taken down,

when it gets taken down anywhere re-posting it, it will continue get archived and mirrored.

keep doing this nonstop every time you have a bad cop incident, let everyone they know and have relationships see who they really are, and let everyone else know where they live and what they look like.

IDENTIFY AND EXPOSE EVIL PEOPLE, CONSTANTLY;

THE GOOD GROSSLY OUTNUMBER THEM,

but the bad keep slinking away anonymously and forgotten, that needs to stop.

6627 For those of you unsure of your rights regarding the filming of police, the Supreme Court ruled that when someone is acting as a servant of the public (like cops), there can be NO expectation of privacy. Consequently, regardless of where you are, you are well within your rights to film them. This guy should be jailed for threatening her.

20854 I actually happened to know Trooper Kenneth Harold. He is a great Leader as well as Professional. Trooper Kenneth Harold was doing the job that the State of Massachusetts ask him to uphold, the girl or guy that he pulled over has broken the law period and no way around it and he wants to record the situation so He/She was hoping to get a law suit out of it.
