LAKELAND, Fla. - A suspended Lakeland police officer has been charged with two counts of armed sexual battery and one count of aggravated stalking. Julio Pagan, 31, was arrested on Thursday and taken to Polk County Jail in Bartow. According to a police report, Pagan is accused of sexually assaulting a woman while in uniform and on duty.
