Police Kill Texas Woman Fleeing Drug Warrants

by Phillip Smith

A police officer in the suburban Dallas community of Richardson, Texas, shot and killed a woman with outstanding drug arrest warrants as she fled from an attempted traffic stop Monday morning. Emily Krumrei, 32, becomes the 9th person to die in US domestic drug law enforcement operations so far this year.

Emily Josephine Krumrei (Smith County SO)According to the Dallas Morning News, citing Richardson police spokesperson Sgt. Kevin Perlich, an officer "was attempting to get a violator to pull over in a parking lot" for reasons that are yet unclear, but Krumrei fled in her Lexus. Shortly thereafter, an officer in a squad car saw her and attempted to stop her, but she refused to pull over.

Krumrei turned onto the southbound frontage road to the North Central Expressway. There, Perlich said, "a third officer near the frontage road was working a traffic accident. He stepped out into the road and tried to get her to stop." But instead, Perlich said, Krumrei accelerated and clipped the officer. "The officer, in fear for his life, fired upon the vehicle," Perlich said.

The Dallas NBC affiliate had a slightly, but significantly, different chronology of the shooting. According to NBC, the officer "fired at least one shot at the woman before being struck by the car."

In either case, the officer was not seriously injured or hospitalized.

Krumrei was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Perlich said an investigation into her death was ongoing, but "it's possible she wasn't stopping because she had several outstanding warrants for her arrests."

The Morning News reported that records show Krumrei had been indicted in Dallas County in April for possessing between one and four grams of cocaine, and that she also had outstanding felony drug warrants from Smith County, a hundred miles to the east.

174130 As far as the crime of unjustified homicide, is concerned, cops are becoming the biggest offenders.

Where are the law & order squats on this one. Squats, some day it'll be you or a member of your squat families, count on it.
self-evident truths

94197 If he shot her after she had struck him and was travelling away from him, then the danger had already passed before he opened fire. This is not self- defence but pre-meditated homicide - a retribution killing for a lesser crime of alleged assault. As far as i know, assault doesn't carry a death penalty, yet she was unlawfully executed for allegedly assaulting an officer, without a trial. Not much in the way of due process there. Private prosecutions are the only way to counter these state-endorsed pre-meditated killings - if you try to sue them as one of their so-called "citizens", you take an inferior position on their totem-pole - ie a ward of the court. Learn how to go in to court as a free-inhabitant, a "people" (not a "person" or "persons"). Read the "Organic Laws" of America (Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777, the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787, and the Constitution of September 17, 1787), go to court as a "Master" of the court - one of the "sovereign people". If you're a citizen of anything, you are a sovereign of nothing, and only entitled to whatever rights/privileges your government allows you to have - including the right to be executed by your police for a non-capital crime, without trial. "he who does not know the law, is a fool". Study the organic laws Study hard (Bill Thornton, Richard Cornforth, Gordon Hall etc) learn how to assert your superior authority, but stay in peace at all times, no matter what. Love your friends dearly, but love your enemies even harder - they hate it, it disempowers them. What you resist, you become - so offer no resisance, but instead learn how to peacefully and honourably reassume your position as a worthy "Master" of these public servants of the Republic, and take them with you as you leave behind the State-run Democracy.

Possible extra-judicial execution for dealing weed.

7617 The police do not exist by accident or incident; they do not exist in a latent void only to dematerialize in front our eyes either. They exist and continue this brutalization of the genral population is beause these agencies have wide range support from that same 'general population'.

72185 Must come from the "no-hesitation" target practice. Great job in a pointless killing.

22327 Pity this, considering that the drugs must be moved, after cia brings them in from Afghan, to fund black ops.

108214 The problem is that the ADL is providing Israeli-style training to American police, which makes them shoot first and think later. This cop should be charged with murder, but won't be. Remember this the next time the cops want to hire more officers or get a raise.

76175 If various states are trying to disarm Americans by forcibly drugging them and then claiming that they can't own a gun due to drug use, or that they have a "history" of drug use or bad thoughts of some kind, then why don't they apply those exact same standards to their own men and women in the police forces and Sheriff departments ans State Police?? Look at how many LEOs there are that abuse their family members and/or spouse!! Do any of THEM have their guns taken away?? I don't think so, unless there's no cheap and easy way to cover it all up.

@ REVOLUTION NOW! It's not our bodies they want to control but our minds. Why kill cops? They are the most brainwashed, plus, they are bound by a blood-oath anyhow. I've seen lots of cops go missing from this site.

A revolution will keep you running in circles, chasing chimeras, and killing innocent people. If you don't like this system of things, take control of your own life. A reasonable person has little to worry over, regarding the police state. They don't like unplugged people, talking to their robo cops.

67142 I agree with not trusting cops. Just getting ready to file an action against National Park Service Cops. Seems they tried to get a misdemeanor on me and were willing to lie to the Department of Justice to do it. Fortunately for me there are good people at the Department of Justice who dont believe in letting the government lie. It isnt so much the cops, it is a sign how far our society has declined even our government who is supposed to be for the people is now all about themselves we are a sick society and need a good dose of pennecillin to get rid of the clap

198140 I spoke with the lawyer interviewed by the Dallas Morning News. Witnesses do not corroborate the Officers statement that she sped up and clipped him. The officer did not receive any medical treatment, and the bullet that struck Emily Krumrei entered from the rear of the car, from a shot fired after she had passed him. How much of a threat to his life was she at that point? NONE. I believe the shot was taken out of anger. We now have another murder by a local police officer. The Garland Police officer that murdered a person in a high speed chase was recently fired, and murder charges sent to the Grand Jury for consideration. This is summary judgement at the Police Officer level. What has happened to our country, our rights to a fair trial.....
