4409 -- NAZI Checkpoint guards KICK in car door



READ THIS: A few Nazi Checkpoint / roadblock guards kick in a mans door then lie about it. The man involved has NEVER been in trouble with the law in his entire life and is a teacher. Remember that these checkpoints are inland some over 180 miles inland.

Some will spout the ACLU propaganda that there is a constitution free zone within 200 miles of the border. That is just a psychological scam and completely ridiculous...the constitution does not magically disappear within 200 miles of a border. People who claim that are about as ignorant as you can get.

These checkpoints are unconstitutional because they are using dogs to check for drugs NOT illegals. Edmonds vs. Indianapolis ruled that general checkpoints for drugs are unconstitutional. In as much, dogs cannot detect whether someone is illegal.

74235 Agreed fully, they abuse our amendment right to use probable cause to rape our country of its proceeds and benefits. This used to be baby boomer land, but it was quickly turned in Looney tooney land by allowing the economy and value of the dollar to get ruined by outrageous govt. spending and borrowing on money and paying interest rates on the their own govt. money, unbelievable mortgage practices that ran deep into unlawful judge and law enforcement actions to steal peoples land out from under them, scandal after scandal whether it be Enron, Goldman sachs, LIBOR or whatever other they try to create to plunder proceeds, while America's infrastructure is sold out to other countries that will also build tolls and charges to use what used to be free access. Those that were pretending to protect us and our well being seem to be selling us out or already have sold us out to China and the rest of the world by putting us in and endless pit of debt! Amazing that Being around rich arrogance is just as intolerable as being around the broke drunks!

75145 Here's little input on the exchange "May I see your ID" - "am I being detained?":

Even if you were detained, it does not mean that you have to show the ID - you have to identify yourself only if you are arrested, and even then it does not mean showing the ID, which you may not even have.

In fact the "detention" itself is quite controversial. You can be in one of the two states - being free, and being under arrest. If the police limits your movement, this is already arrest. Accordingly, there's no punishment for "resisting detention", "evading detention" etc. - only for resting/evading arrest.

"May I see your ID?" - "No, you may not". Unless you have been told that you are arrested", you don't have to ask for the permission to leave. Neither you have to follow police orders, where to move or not to - assuming you are on public property. These "step away or else" - it's all just bluffing; if they want to arrest you, they will do it regardless of how far you stay from them, or whether you complied with their order to walk away, which they in fact don't have the right to give. As long as you don't actively interfere with their investigation, such as physically preventing their movements, or talking to the suspect, you can stay wherever you want.
