Forced Sex With a Cop, Woman SaysBy JACK BOUBOUSHIAN
CHICAGO (CN) - A police officer in suburban Justice, Ill. forced a woman into his police cruiser and made her give him a blow job, the married woman claims in Federal Court.
Plaintiff M claims that while she was waiting for a cab home from a friend's house, around midnight on May 5-6, defendant Officer Carmen Scardine drove by, stopped, and demanded that she get into his squad car.
After refusing repeatedly, for fear, she complied. By then, the cab had arrived, and Scardine told the cab driver to wait, M says in the complaint.
She says Scardine drove her to a dark, secluded parking lot and parked.
Then, she says: "Scardine proceeded to unzip his pants, exposed his penis, grabbed (M's) head and forced her to perform the act of oral sex on him. Under duress and fear of being arrested, again (M) complied.
