Pinellas Park man describes being blasted with Taser as he fought house fire

PINELLAS PARK — The fire was all around Dan Jensen.

He could see it. He could smell it. He could hear it.

It was close enough to touch. It was burning down his neighbor's house. It was creeping toward Jensen's own fence 10 feet away, and he started spraying the fire with his hose.

Police ordered Jensen to get back, and he complied.

But after a few minutes passed without firefighters arriving, a frustrated Jensen stepped forward and leaned down to grab the skinny gray garden hose once again.

That's when he heard the order.

"Hit 'em! Take him down! Tase him!"

Within moments, Jensen was on the ground. He felt electric.

"It was all over me," Jensen said. "Crawling all over me."

86181 I still not sure where the law says that people have to obey orders from a police officer. I know in the military people have obey orders, but there is no mandate that forces people to obey orders from police offices.

18479 the police expect us to mind them for they look at us as slaves and that they're gods, big brother owns all property in this country via property taxes, so we are just sheepel that reside in their dwellings because they allow us to, sad to say we live in a nightmarish police state that will get worse by the day, people are just now starting to wake up to the nightmare, Time to rely on the one true God, Jesus, for he is our only hope !

9885 So a man was tazed for trying to stop his house from burning and from keeping the neighborhood from burning down, Jesus fucking Christ we live in an idiotic fucking world! No wonder I have tried to get the fuck off it countless amounts of times, but am not allowed to leave yet!
