Supreme Court Considers the Warrantless Sniff

Florida v. Jardines and Florida v. Harris are scheduled to be heard by the United States Supreme Court on Wednesday, October 31. The cases pivot on whether the use of police dogs to detect illegal drugs violates the Fourth Amendment privacy rights of the person being sniffed.
