In this video, an official from San Diego on a highly influential water management board plays a game of catch with his son and beats him with a belt when he fails to catch the ball.

Because to a statist moron, using violence to get people to do what you want is the only option.

76193 I live in the US. I know that a majority of americans are caught up in useless meaningless skills. Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey. Then there are the 'extreme' sports. There's even a TV channel devoted to all this useless nonsense. Haven't you heard the latest? X-treme POGOSTICK! Now THERE'S a skill that'll carry a kid far.
