Judge William Guglietta revoked Lyle Topa’s license for the rest of his life in connection to a crash in Charlestown, Connecticut last October. Topa, who was not wearing a seat belt, was racing another car and driving more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit when he hit a tree. Read More |
