Tampa Police Stakeout Hydroponic Garden Store, Stalk Customers Assuming They're Pot Growers

"I lay in bed sometimes, scared, thinking about what they can get away with ... You think you're living in America, you're safe. You're not. They can do whatever they want. They're above the law."
Chris | InformationLiberation

Police in Tampa Bay, Florida spy on a local garden store with cameras, stalk their customers, then use false pretexts to invade their homes without warrants in the hope they'll find drugs.

LARGO Last fall, a white Chevy truck pulled into the parking lot of a hydroponic gardening shop on Ulmerton Road.

A man went in, purchased some supplies and drove off.

Someone was watching.

Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, watching via a camera mounted on a pole nearby, recorded the Chevy's license plate number, checked motor vehicle records to identify the owner, and soon showed up at his home in Seminole.

Allen Underwood is one of dozens of Pinellas residents investigated by deputies over the past two years on suspicion of cultivating marijuana.

A part-time handyman with only a misdemeanor driving infraction on his record, Underwood made his way onto detectives' radar for one reason: He shopped at Simply Hydroponics.

184247 Oh nice, drive bys, car jacking, giant gangs, corrupt politicians, treason in the white house, families being evicted fraudulently by the millions, corporate media subverting elections, multie wars, goverment completely out of control, tsa fondling gramas....

And these guys are being paid to steak out a hydro store??????

ok i see what they are doing, this is called cherry picking, its not the cops fault, they are just under orders.

Situations like this have good ententions but they usually on serve to creTae more mistrust among citizens.

This is directly due to the failed war on drugs, which realy is a constitutional issue And a federal goverment intruding into our personal lifes.

But......and i say this with a heavy head.

From what i have seen come out of the ghettos and whats come across our borders.
You better get used to it.

The god damn beaurocrats in wazhing have caused this, those fuks need to be releived.

Just another reason to vote RON PAUL 2012

We the people no longer have control over our government we lost that years ago. what we live under is a capitolistic dictatorship, we quite literally have no rights whatsoever they are stripped instantly at the whim of police and government with no ligitimate or proven reasoning.
