Woman who filed complaint against Arlington police officer found strangled to death
Chris | InformationLiberation Ok, this is just insane. Evelia Villa Valencia, a 29-yr-old mother of four, last year accused an Arlington police officer of 'forcing her to take off her clothes in front of him.' Her father reported she told him she had been threatened by a police officer. Now, Evelia Villa Valencia was found strangled to death in her apartment next to her newborn daughter, and the cop is a suspect. To make matters worse, a local Latin American group is saying the police sat on the story because they failed to notify the public for four days after the fact. The group is asking the FBI to investigate.
