KTRK News reports: KINGWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- An off-duty Houston police officer is the subject of an internal investigation after a family claims he broke into their home while chasing down a teenager. The family says it happened Friday in a neighborhood in Kingwood. Read the full story here. Why is this news station not identifying the officer? That's important information.
