My Kind of Government Mandate

Five South Dakota lawmakers have introduced a bill into the state legislature that would require all South Dakota citizens over the age of 21 to purchase a personal firearm for personal protection. They of course know that the bill will never pass. But they are just trying to make the point that their bill is no more legitimate than the section of the Obamacare bill that requires all U.S. citizens to purchase health insurance.
