We have reaction just in to our newsroom... from a seattle man arrested after refusing to show his i-d to security agents at the sunport ... and filming the incident. just about an hour ago... an albuquerque jury cleared phil mocek of all charges. "it's been a long time - i feel good that we had police and tsa on record saying that you don't have to show id to fly and that you can use a camera at the airport." phil mocek fad charges including disorderly conduct, and concealing his identity... following the 2009 incident. the defense argued mocek didn't hide his identity... because he had a boarding pass with his name on it. |
