Attorney Gary Fielder's filing for an injunction against the TSA has officially made it into the mainstream news, including an interview with Fox 31 Denver.

AP: Colo. lawyer sues over TSA airport screening

DENVER — A Colorado attorney has asked a federal judge to order the Transportation Security Administration to abandon its airport screening procedures for United States citizens. [...]

"I'm not asking for any money. I just want to walk to a plane without being touched," Fielder said Tuesday. "They're probably thinking that next time, I'll just submit to the scanner. No, I won't go through that. I'm not going to be photographed nude."

[...] Fielder filed a lawsuit in Denver Federal Court, saying the body scanners and enhanced pat downs violate our rights to avoid unreasonable search and seizure.

"If I'm in my country, just going to see my grandmother who happens to live in another state I have the right to travel in the United States without this level of scrutiny. I think it's unnecessary," he said.
