Police Brutality: Ohio Cop Smashes Handcuffed Man's Head Into Wall, Slams Him Head First Into Floor

Per usual, the victim of this violent assault was charged with "assaulting a peace officer." That the video tape clearly shows that's a complete lie is irrelevant to the state agent.

After an "internal investigation," the costumed thug was punished severely by being suspended for 30 days *gasp* and ordered to go to anger management.

The horror.

Can you imagine if the situation was reversed? Can you imagine if some mere commoner did this to a costumed agent of the state? He'd be charged with attempted murder and a million other crimes reserved specifically for the state's enforcement arm.

Ohio.com reports:
A Summit County sheriff's deputy has been suspended for 30 days and ordered to anger management counseling after an internal investigation of his use of force on a handcuffed inmate.

The suspension marks the third time this year a deputy has been disciplined for assaulting an inmate. A fourth incident is under review.
[...]
Deputy Jason Kline, a 16-year veteran and the son of a retired major, was notified of his suspension Tuesday afternoon for his confrontation with an inmate that took place Sept. 21 in the booking room of the county jail.
The costumed tax feeders excuse this all because apparently the cops are going through a hard time, apparently a few of them had to be laid off because they aren't getting as much stolen loot from taxpayers.
As for morale, Alexander attributes the problem to layoffs of 30 deputies late last year that have affected the department, limiting time off for deputies, the hopes of promotion and reassignment to less desirable positions.
Doesn't your heart bleed for these costumed criminals?
