Revealed: The secret report that shows how the Nazis planned a Fourth Reich ...in the EU

By Adam Lebor

The paper is aged and fragile, the typewritten letters slowly fading. But US Military Intelligence report EW-Pa 128 is as chilling now as the day it was written in November 1944.

The document, also known as the Red House Report, is a detailed account of a secret meeting at the Maison Rouge Hotel in Strasbourg on August 10, 1944. There, Nazi officials ordered an elite group of German industrialists to plan for Germany's post-war recovery, prepare for the Nazis' return to power and work for a 'strong German empire'. In other words: the Fourth Reich.

The three-page, closely typed report, marked 'Secret', copied to British officials and sent by air pouch to Cordell Hull, the US Secretary of State, detailed how the industrialists were to work with the Nazi Party to rebuild Germany's economy by sending money through Switzerland.

They would set up a network of secret front companies abroad. They would wait until conditions were right. And then they would take over Germany again.

The industrialists included representatives of Volkswagen, Krupp and Messerschmitt. Officials from the Navy and Ministry of Armaments were also at the meeting and, with incredible foresight, they decided together that the Fourth German Reich, unlike its predecessor, would be an economic rather than a military empire - but not just German.

The Red House Report, which was unearthed from US intelligence files, was the inspiration for my thriller The Budapest Protocol.

The book opens in 1944 as the Red Army advances on the besieged city, then jumps to the present day, during the election campaign for the first president of Europe. The European Union superstate is revealed as a front for a sinister conspiracy, one rooted in the last days of the Second World War.

But as I researched and wrote the novel, I realised that some of the Red House Report had become fact.

Nazi Germany did export massive amounts of capital through neutral countries. German businesses did set up a network of front companies abroad. The German economy did soon recover after 1945.

The Third Reich was defeated militarily, but powerful Nazi-era bankers, industrialists and civil servants, reborn as democrats, soon prospered in the new West Germany. There they worked for a new cause: European economic and political integration.

Is it possible that the Fourth Reich those Nazi industrialists foresaw has, in some part at least, come to pass?

The Red House Report was written by a French spy who was at the meeting in Strasbourg in 1944 - and it paints an extraordinary picture.

The industrialists gathered at the Maison Rouge Hotel waited expectantly as SS Obergruppenfuhrer Dr Scheid began the meeting. Scheid held one of the highest ranks in the SS, equivalent to Lieutenant General. He cut an imposing figure in his tailored grey-green uniform and high, peaked cap with silver braiding. Guards were posted outside and the room had been searched for microphones.

There was a sharp intake of breath as he began to speak. German industry must realise that the war cannot be won, he declared. 'It must take steps in preparation for a post-war commercial campaign.' Such defeatist talk was treasonous - enough to earn a visit to the Gestapo's cellars, followed by a one-way trip to a concentration camp.

But Scheid had been given special licence to speak the truth – the future of the Reich was at stake. He ordered the industrialists to 'make contacts and alliances with foreign firms, but this must be done individually and without attracting any suspicion'.

The industrialists were to borrow substantial sums from foreign countries after the war.

They were especially to exploit the finances of those German firms that had already been used as fronts for economic penetration abroad, said Scheid, citing the American partners of the steel giant Krupp as well as Zeiss, Leica and the Hamburg-America Line shipping company.

But as most of the industrialists left the meeting, a handful were beckoned into another smaller gathering, presided over by Dr Bosse of the Armaments Ministry. There were secrets to be shared with the elite of the elite.

Bosse explained how, even though the Nazi Party had informed the industrialists that the war was lost, resistance against the Allies would continue until a guarantee of German unity could be obtained. He then laid out the secret three-stage strategy for the Fourth Reich.

In stage one, the industrialists were to 'prepare themselves to finance the Nazi Party, which would be forced to go underground as a Maquis', using the term for the French resistance.

Stage two would see the government allocating large sums to German industrialists to establish a 'secure post-war foundation in foreign countries', while 'existing financial reserves must be placed at the disposal of the party so that a strong German empire can be created after the defeat'.

In stage three, German businesses would set up a 'sleeper' network of agents abroad through front companies, which were to be covers for military research and intelligence, until the Nazis returned to power.

'The existence of these is to be known only by very few people in each industry and by chiefs of the Nazi Party,' Bosse announced.

'Each office will have a liaison agent with the party. As soon as the party becomes strong enough to re-establish its control over Germany, the industrialists will be paid for their effort and co-operation by concessions and orders.'

Extraordinary revelations: The 1944 Red House Report, detailing 'plans of German industrialists to engage in underground activity'

The exported funds were to be channelled through two banks in Zurich, or via agencies in Switzerland which bought property in Switzerland for German concerns, for a five per cent commission.

The Nazis had been covertly sending funds through neutral countries for years.

Swiss banks, in particular the Swiss National Bank, accepted gold looted from the treasuries of Nazi-occupied countries. They accepted assets and property titles taken from Jewish businessmen in Germany and occupied countries, and supplied the foreign currency that the Nazis needed to buy vital war materials.

Swiss economic collaboration with the Nazis had been closely monitored by Allied intelligence.

The Red House Report's author notes: 'Previously, exports of capital by German industrialists to neutral countries had to be accomplished rather surreptitiously and by means of special influence.

'Now the Nazi Party stands behind the industrialists and urges them to save themselves by getting funds outside Germany and at the same time advance the party's plans for its post-war operations.'

The order to export foreign capital was technically illegal in Nazi Germany, but by the summer of 1944 the law did not matter.

More than two months after D-Day, the Nazis were being squeezed by the Allies from the west and the Soviets from the east. Hitler had been badly wounded in an assassination attempt. The Nazi leadership was nervous, fractious and quarrelling.

During the war years the SS had built up a gigantic economic empire, based on plunder and murder, and they planned to keep it.

A meeting such as that at the Maison Rouge would need the protection of the SS, according to Dr Adam Tooze of Cambridge University, author of Wages of Destruction: The Making And Breaking Of The Nazi Economy.

He says: 'By 1944 any discussion of post-war planning was banned. It was extremely dangerous to do that in public. But the SS was thinking in the long-term. If you are trying to establish a workable coalition after the war, the only safe place to do it is under the auspices of the apparatus of terror.'

Shrewd SS leaders such as Otto Ohlendorf were already thinking ahead.

As commander of Einsatzgruppe D, which operated on the Eastern Front between 1941 and 1942, Ohlendorf was responsible for the murder of 90,000 men, women and children.

A highly educated, intelligent lawyer and economist, Ohlendorf showed great concern for the psychological welfare of his extermination squad's gunmen: he ordered that several of them should fire simultaneously at their victims, so as to avoid any feelings of personal responsibility.

By the winter of 1943 he was transferred to the Ministry of Economics. Ohlendorf's ostensible job was focusing on export trade, but his real priority was preserving the SS's massive pan-European economic empire after Germany's defeat.

Ohlendorf, who was later hanged at Nuremberg, took particular interest in the work of a German economist called Ludwig Erhard. Erhard had written a lengthy manuscript on the transition to a post-war economy after Germany's defeat. This was dangerous, especially as his name had been mentioned in connection with resistance groups.

But Ohlendorf, who was also chief of the SD, the Nazi domestic security service, protected Erhard as he agreed with his views on stabilising the post-war German economy. Ohlendorf himself was protected by Heinrich Himmler, the chief of the SS.

Ohlendorf and Erhard feared a bout of hyper-inflation, such as the one that had destroyed the German economy in the Twenties. Such a catastrophe would render the SS's economic empire almost worthless.

The two men agreed that the post-war priority was rapid monetary stabilisation through a stable currency unit, but they realised this would have to be enforced by a friendly occupying power, as no post-war German state would have enough legitimacy to introduce a currency that would have any value.

That unit would become the Deutschmark, which was introduced in 1948. It was an astonishing success and it kick-started the German economy. With a stable currency, Germany was once again an attractive trading partner.

The German industrial conglomerates could rapidly rebuild their economic empires across Europe.

War had been extraordinarily profitable for the German economy. By 1948 - despite six years of conflict, Allied bombing and post-war reparations payments - the capital stock of assets such as equipment and buildings was larger than in 1936, thanks mainly to the armaments boom.

Erhard pondered how German industry could expand its reach across the shattered European continent. The answer was through supranationalism - the voluntary surrender of national sovereignty to an international body.

Germany and France were the drivers behind the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), the precursor to the European Union. The ECSC was the first supranational organisation, established in April 1951 by six European states. It created a common market for coal and steel which it regulated. This set a vital precedent for the steady erosion of national sovereignty, a process that continues today.

But before the common market could be set up, the Nazi industrialists had to be pardoned, and Nazi bankers and officials reintegrated. In 1957, John J. McCloy, the American High Commissioner for Germany, issued an amnesty for industrialists convicted of war crimes.

The two most powerful Nazi industrialists, Alfried Krupp of Krupp Industries and Friedrich Flick, whose Flick Group eventually owned a 40 per cent stake in Daimler-Benz, were released from prison after serving barely three years.

Krupp and Flick had been central figures in the Nazi economy. Their companies used slave labourers like cattle, to be worked to death.

The Krupp company soon became one of Europe's leading industrial combines.

The Flick Group also quickly built up a new pan-European business empire. Friedrich Flick remained unrepentant about his wartime record and refused to pay a single Deutschmark in compensation until his death in July 1972 at the age of 90, when he left a fortune of more than $1billion, the equivalent of £400million at the time.

'For many leading industrial figures close to the Nazi regime, Europe became a cover for pursuing German national interests after the defeat of Hitler,' says historian Dr Michael Pinto-Duschinsky, an adviser to Jewish former slave labourers.

'The continuity of the economy of Germany and the economies of post-war Europe is striking. Some of the leading figures in the Nazi economy became leading builders of the European Union.'

Numerous household names had exploited slave and forced labourers including BMW, Siemens and Volkswagen, which produced munitions and the V1 rocket.

Slave labour was an integral part of the Nazi war machine. Many concentration camps were attached to dedicated factories where company officials worked hand-in-hand with the SS officers overseeing the camps.

Like Krupp and Flick, Hermann Abs, post-war Germany's most powerful banker, had prospered in the Third Reich. Dapper, elegant and diplomatic, Abs joined the board of Deutsche Bank, Germany's biggest bank, in 1937. As the Nazi empire expanded, Deutsche Bank enthusiastically 'Aryanised' Austrian and Czechoslovak banks that were owned by Jews.

By 1942, Abs held 40 directorships, a quarter of which were in countries occupied by the Nazis. Many of these Aryanised companies used slave labour and by 1943 Deutsche Bank's wealth had quadrupled.

Abs also sat on the supervisory board of I.G. Farben, as Deutsche Bank's representative. I.G. Farben was one of Nazi Germany's most powerful companies, formed out of a union of BASF, Bayer, Hoechst and subsidiaries in the Twenties.

It was so deeply entwined with the SS and the Nazis that it ran its own slave labour camp at Auschwitz, known as Auschwitz III, where tens of thousands of Jews and other prisoners died producing artificial rubber.

When they could work no longer, or were verbraucht (used up) in the Nazis' chilling term, they were moved to Birkenau. There they were gassed using Zyklon B, the patent for which was owned by I.G. Farben.

But like all good businessmen, I.G. Farben's bosses hedged their bets.

During the war the company had financed Ludwig Erhard's research. After the war, 24 I.G. Farben executives were indicted for war crimes over Auschwitz III - but only twelve of the 24 were found guilty and sentenced to prison terms ranging from one-and-a-half to eight years. I.G. Farben got away with mass murder.

Abs was one of the most important figures in Germany's post-war reconstruction. It was largely thanks to him that, just as the Red House Report exhorted, a 'strong German empire' was indeed rebuilt, one which formed the basis of today's European Union.

Abs was put in charge of allocating Marshall Aid - reconstruction funds - to German industry. By 1948 he was effectively managing Germany's economic recovery.

Crucially, Abs was also a member of the European League for Economic Co-operation, an elite intellectual pressure group set up in 1946. The league was dedicated to the establishment of a common market, the precursor of the European Union.

Its members included industrialists and financiers and it developed policies that are strikingly familiar today - on monetary integration and common transport, energy and welfare systems.

When Konrad Adenauer, the first Chancellor of West Germany, took power in 1949, Abs was his most important financial adviser.

Behind the scenes Abs was working hard for Deutsche Bank to be allowed to reconstitute itself after decentralisation. In 1957 he succeeded and he returned to his former employer.

That same year the six members of the ECSC signed the Treaty of Rome, which set up the European Economic Community. The treaty further liberalised trade and established increasingly powerful supranational institutions including the European Parliament and European Commission.

Like Abs, Ludwig Erhard flourished in post-war Germany. Adenauer made Erhard Germany's first post-war economics minister. In 1963 Erhard succeeded Adenauer as Chancellor for three years.

But the German economic miracle – so vital to the idea of a new Europe - was built on mass murder. The number of slave and forced labourers who died while employed by German companies in the Nazi era was 2,700,000.

Some sporadic compensation payments were made but German industry agreed a conclusive, global settlement only in 2000, with a £3billion compensation fund. There was no admission of legal liability and the individual compensation was paltry.

A slave labourer would receive 15,000 Deutschmarks (about £5,000), a forced labourer 5,000 (about £1,600). Any claimant accepting the deal had to undertake not to launch any further legal action.

To put this sum of money into perspective, in 2001 Volkswagen alone made profits of £1.8billion.

Next month, 27 European Union member states vote in the biggest transnational election in history. Europe now enjoys peace and stability. Germany is a democracy, once again home to a substantial Jewish community. The Holocaust is seared into national memory.

But the Red House Report is a bridge from a sunny present to a dark past. Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's propaganda chief, once said: 'In 50 years' time nobody will think of nation states.'

For now, the nation state endures. But these three typewritten pages are a reminder that today's drive towards a European federal state is inexorably tangled up with the plans of the SS and German industrialists for a Fourth Reich - an economic rather than military imperium.

• The Budapest Protocol, Adam LeBor's thriller inspired by the Red House Report, is published by Reportage Press.

Someone asked me what I made of this article, I spent a few minutes and ended up just analysing for false and missing context (lying by omission). In view of some other propaganda that came out today I have at least a holding theory.

If Brown, Blair, Bush or Obama say there is a man called Osama bin Laden hiding in a cave in Afghanistan there is something of a frenzy for such brazen nonsense. What can act in the opposite direction is to tell people what you are doing, more honestly but subliminally hence an article that leans towards the stark reality.

These are extraordinary times, the Times the newspaper featured in 1984. I can't post there, or at the guardian, or at the daily mail. I am a non person, don't exist and the posts were constructed to fit well within any censorship guidelines short of political censorship.

If the truth is getting out there, then it is let out, 'hidden in plain view' can apply retrospectively. This from the Times:

<Don’t tell anyone, don’t breathe a word, but the world’s most powerful men are meeting secretly again to save the planet from economic catastrophe. Oh, and their address, should you want to send them your opinions, is: c/o Nafsika Astir Palace Hotel, Apollonos Avenue 40, 16671 Vouliagmeni, Greece.

Bed space is a bit tight there for the next two days while the Bilderberg illuminati hold their private conclave in the five-star Greek hotel. Every year since 1954 a club of about 130 senior or up-and-coming politicians gather at the fireside of a secluded hotel with top bankers and a sprinkling of royalty to discuss burning issues, to trade confidences and just stay abreast of the I-know-something-you-don’t-know circuit. No lists of participants are disclosed, no press conferences are held; spill the beans and you’re out of the magic circle.

For those of us standing outside the locked gates all that is left is to hope that they will sleep well, avoid jet ski injury and solve our problems for us. For the Bilderbergers it is a little like that recent MI5 recruitment ad: “See all your best work go unnoticed!”

Each country delegates two people to the steering committee that is the intellectual hub of Bilderberg. In the past Kenneth Clarke, the Shadow Business Secretary, and Martin Taylor, formerly head of Barclays Bank, have had their hand on the British tiller.

This year the club is going to talk about depression. “According to the pre-meeting booklet sent out to attendees, Bilderberg is looking at two options,” says the Bilderberg-watcher Daniel Estulin — “either a prolonged, agonising depression that dooms the world to decades of stagnation, decline and poverty — or an intense but shorter depression that paves the way for a new sustainable economic world order, with less sovereignty but more efficiency.>

<Since Bilderberg does not officially exist, it cannot deny anything and is therefore manna from heaven for the conspiracy theorist. Eurosceptics are convinced that the future development of the European Union was plotted here — EU commissioners have always been welcomed into the coven, with Peter “We are intensely relaxed about people getting filthy rich” Mandelson a particular favourite. Margaret Thatcher, it is said, was a shy debutante at a Bilderberg meeting in 1975.

Jim Tucker, veteran stalker of the Bilderberg club meetings, claims that Mrs Thatcher was ordered “to dismantle British sovereignty, but she said, ‘no way’, so they had her sacked”. Left-wing conspiracy theorists believe that Bilderbergers form a capitalist nucleus, and there is a germ of truth in this. The meetings were started in the Netherlands, in the Hotel de Bilderberg, near Arnhem, by the Polish exile Joseph Retinger. He was worried about growing anti-Americanism and the advance of Communism in Western Europe. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands agreed to sponsor the idea, the head of the Central Intelligence Agency, Walter Bedell Smith, threw his weight behind it and so did the White House.

The Bilderberg consensus is that national problems are best solved by an internationally oriented elite, that a global network of decision-makers should have a common language and that the boundaries are fluid between the monied and the political classes.

And so there has been a natural bias towards inviting conservatives and market liberals. The only socialists invited are those who “understand money”.

Ed Balls has taken part and the most indiscreet Bilderberger of all time was Denis Healey, the former Labour Chancellor and fierce Atlanticist.

“To say we were striving for a one-world government is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair,” Lord Healey told the author Jon Ronson for his book Them: Adventures with Extremists. “Those of us in Bilderberg felt we couldn’t go on for ever fighting one another for nothing. So we felt that a single community throughout the world would be a good thing.”

Another way of viewing the club is that of Metropolitan Seraphim, the bishop of Piraeus, who said that the Bilderbergers represented a “criminal cabal of world Zionism and its efforts to set up a cruel world dictatorship under the headship of Lucifer”. This line is quite common on the blogosphere, where the club’s secrecy is taken as evidence of evil intentions.>

<Whether Lucifer will be down there on the sun-loungers remains to be seen. But what we have been able to establish from a World Bank spokesman, Alexis O’Brien, is that the organisation’s president, Robert Zoellick, will be in Athens on unspecified business on May 14. And that US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner’s public schedule is mysteriously empty for the next two days. Jo Ackermann, head of Deutsche Bank, will be travelling “somewhere in Europe”. Jean-Claude Trichet, head of the European Central Bank, will not be around until the end of the week.

You get the drift. Something is going on. If only somebody would let us in on the secret. - The Times>

According to Dr John Coleman, former MI6, the bilderbergers is an MI6 agent. In so much of what I have looked at, all roads pass through london:

<The Club of Rome is still one of the most important foreign policy arms of the Committee of 300—the other being the Bilderbergers. It was put together in 1968 from hard-core members of the original Morgenthau group on the basis of a telephone call made by the late Aurellio Peccei for a new and urgent drive to speed up the plans of the One World Government—now called the New World Order, although I prefer the former name. It is certainly a better job-description than the New World Order, which is somewhat confusing as there have been several "New World Orders" before, but no One World Government. Peccei's call was answered by the most subversive "future planners" drawn from the United States, France, Sweden, Britain, Switzerland and Japan that could be mustered. During the period 1968-1972, The Club of Rome became a cohesive entity of newscience scientists, globalists, future planners and internationalists of every stripe. As one delegate put it, "We became Joseph's Coat of Many Colors." Peccei's book "Human Quality" formed the basis of the doctrine adopted by NATO's political wing.>

<Some of the spinoffs of the Round Table are the Bilderbergers, set up and run by Duncan Sandys, a prominent politician and son-in-law of the late Winston Churchill, the Ditchley Foundation, a secret banker's club which I exposed in my 1983 work, "International Banker's Conspiracy: The Ditchley Foundation," the Trilateral Commission, the Atlantic Council of the United States and the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies, whose well-hidden, behind the scenes founder was Lord Bullock of the RIIA for whom Robert Anderson fronted. The way in which Henry Kissinger, the RllA's chief asset in the United States, came to power is a story of the triumph of the institution of the British monarchy over the Republic of the United States of America. It is a tale of horror, too long to be included here. Nevertheless, it would be remiss of me if I did not mention just a few of the highlights of Kissinger's rise to fame, fortune and power. After a stint in the United States Army, beginning with the job of driving General Fritz Kraemer around war-torn Germany, thanks to the Oppenheimer family Kissinger was picked to attend Wilton Park for further training. At the time he held the rank of private first class. In 1952 Kissinger was sent to the Tavistock Institute where R. V. Dicks took him in hand and turned him inside out. Thereafter there was no holding Kissinger back. He was later drafted to serve under George Franklin and Hamilton Fish of the Council on Foreign Relations' New York office.

It is believed that the official nuclear policy adopted by the United States was delivered to Kissinger during his stay at Tavistock and further shaped by his participation in "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy," a Round Table seminar which brought forth the doctrine known as "flexible response," a total irrationality, which became known by the acronym MAD. Thanks to William Yandell Elliot and under the tutelage of John Wheeler Bennett, top intelligence director of the Round Table and chief of MI6 field operations in the United States, Kissinger became Elliot's "favorite son" as he explained in his book, "The Pragmatic Revolt in Politics." Kissinger was coopted into the Round Table to push monetarist policies he studied at Harvard International Seminars. Kissinger avidly absorbed Elliot's teachings and was no longer recognizable as the man General Kraemer once described as "my little Jew-boy driver." Kissinger was inculcated with the spirit of the Master of Balliol, becoming an ardent disciple of decadent British aristocracy. Adopting the philosophies of Toynbee, chief intelligence director for MI6 at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Kissinger used its papers to write his undergraduate "dissertation."

By the mid 1960's Kissinger had proved his worth to the Round Table and the RIIA, and thus to the British monarchy. As a reward and a test of what he had learned, Kissinger was placed in charge of a small group consisting of James Schlessinger, Alexander Haig and Daniel Ellsberg. The Round Table was using to conduct a series of experiments. Cooperating with this group was the Institute of Policy Studies chief theoretician Noam Chomsky. - Dr John Coleman>

Dr John Coleman details the creation (MI6) of the bildergers:

<The idea of bringing IISS into being arose at the 1957 Bilderberger meeting. It will be recalled that the Bilderberger Conference is a creation of M16 under the direction of the Royal Institute of International Affairs. The idea came from Alastair Buchan, son of Lord Tweedsmuir. Buchan was chairman at the time, and a board member of the RIIA and a member of the Round Table reportedly very close to the British royal family. This was the same conference that welcomed Labour Party leader Dennis Healey to its ranks. Others in attendance were Francois Duchene, whose mentor, Jean Monet Duchenes, ran the Trilateral Commission under the tutelage of H. V. Dicks from Tavistock's Columbus Center.

Among the governing council of this gigantic propaganda opinion-making apparat is included the following:

Frank Kitson, a one time controller of The IRA PROVISIONALS, the man who started the Mau-Mau insurgency in Kenya.
Lazard Freres, represented by Robert Ellsworth.
N. M. Rothschild, represented by John Loudon.
Paul Nitze, representative of Schroeder Bank. Nitze has played a very prominent and substantial role in matters of Arms

Control agreements, which have ALWAYS been under the direction of the RIIA. C. L. Sulzberger of the New York Times. Stansfield Turner, a former director of the CIA. Peter Calvocoressi, representing Penguin Books. Royal Institute for International Affairs, represented by
Andrew Schoenberg. Columnists and Reporters, represented by Flora Lewis, Drew Middleton, Anthony Lewis, Max Frankel.
Daniel Ellsberg.
Henry Kissinger.
Robert Bowie, a former director of the ClA's National Intelligence Estimates - Dr John Coleman>

<Flowing from the 1957 Bilderberger meeting, Kissinger was instructed to open a Round Table office in Manhattan, the nucleus of which consisted of Haig, Ellsberg, Halperin, Schlessinger, McNamara and the McBundy brothers. Kissinger was directed to fill all executive positions in the Nixon administration with Round Tablers, loyal to the RIIA and therefore to the Queen of England. It was no accident that Kissinger chose President Nixon's old hangout, the Hotel Pierre, as his center of operations. The significance of the Round Table-Kissinger operation was thus: On orders of the RIIA chairman Andrew Schoeberg, a block was placed on all agencies involved in intelligence, preventing them from giving information to President Nixon. This meant Kissinger and his staff were getting ALL INTELLIGENCE, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC, LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION, INCLUDING FBI DIVISION 5, before any of it was released to the President. This made certain that all M16-controlled terrorist operations in the U.S. would have no chance of being leaked. This was Halperin's bailiwick. - Dr John Coleman>

The subordinate nature of the bilderbergers is asserted by the disagreement of the Italian leader to population objectives. Following his execution along with his bodyguards the preceding threats of Henry Kissinger became subject of court hearings.

People are wakening up to the realisation that government is mafia with a protection device called law, a blank chequebook to pay for its enforcement, the means to massively increase public debt through war and a head start. Had this been realised and admitted earlier, people would have been less inclined to hand over a blank cheque book, a blank rule book (effectively their lives and livelihoods) and not notice who was complicit in their chaos and difficulty.

It doesn’t stop there, the national franchises are arranged through debt, debt insured by the people through ownership of their lives with all dealings through the government in whatever form that is, sometimes an overt dictatorship sometimes a covert one eg democracy. This bypasses the slaves with the government taking money from the bank system in exchange for bonds, bonds as in bondage as the public are the insurance bound to the debt.

The puppet officials get to join the mega rich club and participate in the private monopoly business further exploiting the people, the hidden side of public accounting. If government default on their debts to the banking system, the queen is not amused, the queen is advised not be amused and being part of the banking dynasty in goes the military, very often the crown’s US military.

I haven’t checked the specific details but an item in the news today seems to match these national franchise arrangements:

<The most important developers in the United Arab Emirates, including Nakheel, are part of holding companies owned either by the governments or rulers of the federation's seven emirates, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.>

What the public tend to see as independent companies, sometimes enmeshed with politics, is actually wholly owned and controlled. The public have paid for it but it is private business with its own money and economy.

In relation to Tavistock’s daily mail piece, when I looked into IG Farben they had a holding company behind it, no mention of this was made in the article.

<After a visit to Dubai, ACE's chief executive, Nelson Ogunshakin, described the situation as "chaos". He has written to Lord Mandelson, the Business Secretary, to ask for political intervention. The most important developers in the United Arab Emirates, including Nakheel, are part of holding companies owned either by the governments or rulers of the federation's seven emirates, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.>

I think from memory this region was run by prince Andrew but whether or not that is true, people are likely to notice that there is some significance that their construction industry is writing to a british lord for political assistance. In this instance the lord being Peter Mandelson, a terrorist trained by oxford university, former member of the communist party and moving on to head a private intelligence agency for the wealthiest people on the planet. Not quite that simple as the black book system of compromises allows the rule by shame that locks the whole system down should anyone consider doing something useful like telling the truth or acting rationally.

174130 If Brown, Blair, Bush or Obama say there is a man called Osama bin Laden hiding in a cave in Afghanistan there is something of a frenzy for such brazen nonsense. What can act in the opposite direction is to tell people what you are doing, more honestly but subliminally hence an article that leans towards the stark reality.
<<<<<<<<<<QUOTE>>>>>>>>

Are u trying to say that Osama is made up? That there is no such man?

This United States has become the fourth reich. Aside from the Bush Nazi crime family, just take a look at Coronado air station in San Diego Ca. with google earth and look at the south end near the inland waters and you will see the swaztica building. A giant tattoo on the planet in the form of a building saying we're here! The thing is the points of the swaztica are aligned perfectly with N,S,E,and W. and that's no accident.

24.68*, as for black USV's, rather different in britain. I went to a crown hit, part of the zone control was set up after a fleet of silver cars had suddenly turned up. It would seem a bit too obvious, even more too obvious that the nice 4 wheel drive one would be the boss but I went over to search it in front of the spooks. Lots of paperwork stuck to the windscreen, on the dash behind that was what I was looking for: 'EIIR'. The truth was going to be terminated along with the person who was speaking it by plan but the state relies on secrecy and a misinformed populous (state included).

As for osama, though british trained I understand he was run out of america. I don't know what he drinks but tea is the historical cover story for the crown's global trade in drugs. Businesswise that seems to be the foundation of the empire, moving on to monopoly of everything.

Although the Al Qaeda story was exposed by an official, global operations for the company at the royal society have the dream of it being a 30 year war. Big changes need big lies and big wars, changing the entire world needing a long war. The cold war included the hunt for hitler, hunts for terrorists had to compete with the internet.

EIIR MI5 incidentally, looking after crown business. They are sometimes referred to as the spooks, spooking people something they are employed for. The vast economy that is hidden from people employs all manner of interference operatives. I mentioned on this site speaking to someone who was in the bombing missions, added to verification the war was a british con for what they were not allowed to attack. I went back to the man again, someone out of the blue had contacted him wanting to know what he remembered from the war. From what I posted, a lot of work was done to track the chap down.

He had forgotten the war, it was only that the questions I asked of him triggered specific memories giving access to what he wouldn't otherwise have had. The spooks I presume were assessing what the chap could remember to assess what I might know and how that interacts with information and capers planned or historic.

It is really sad that people aren't here who were actually part of crown con jobs like vietnam, I have spoken to vets, special forces included and I think it helps all of us to understand what war really is through the eyes of people that were there.

If instead we choose to forget, the buried memories are lost to us all. Winston in 1984 did something similar to what I did, he went up to an old chap. As official history was falsified and erased (winston's job), he wanted to know what life was like before:

<Winston sat back against th window sill. It was no use going on. He was rapidly into the stinking urinal at the side of the room. The extra half-litre was already working on him. Winston sat for a minute or two gazing at his empty glass and hardly noticed when his feet carried him out into the street again. Within twenty years at the most, he reflected, the huge and simple question 'Was life better before the Revolution than it is now?' would have ceased and for all to be answerable. But in effect it was unanswerable even now, since the few scattered survivors from the ancient world were incapable of comparing one age with another. They remembered a million useless things, a quarrel with a workmate, a hunt for a lost bicycle pumpt, the expression on a long-dead sister's face, the swirls of sust on a windy morning seventy years ago; but all the relevant fats were outside the range of vison. They were like the ant, which can see small objects but not the large ones. And when memory failed and written records were falsified - when that happened, the claim of he Party to have improved the conditions of human life had got to be accepted, because there did no exist, and never again could exist, any standard against which it could be tested. - 1984>

The internet has allowed people to go back, repeatedly catch the bbc changing history. When labour were mandating identity cards the tory party protested. The internet allowed you to go back and see the tory party first call for identity cards with labour protesting.

The Daily Mail has the chance to reply, the true history of IG Farben would be a good start.

To pre-empt tavistock a little, just as britain faked wwii the training of hitler included, creating israel and all manner of constructs for the next war.

The game of having people fight each other isn't new. If you want a dictatorship, peace is one of the problems.

Did anyone in the state (who are waging war against those who are not in the state) in nations the world over consider they were set up too?

It is a loaded question, I have my own answer but it works best if you find your own.

2468 I met a Vietnam vet in the late 70s while working forestry jobs in B.C.
A decent guy he got us jobs all over, he knew every nook and cranny and logger in Vancouver we stayed in an abandoned house one nite and caught a plane to the Charlottes the next day I don't recall ever seeing him sleep he was like an electric motor. Spoke of "the guys with the guns" and revolution a lot. I was a little young and naieve and could never fully comprehend what he was talking about. Back then one could purchase guns and ammo anywhere and he bought a .44 magnum carbine and we did lots of shooting. Oh what a fun time. Don't even recall how we parted company. I still get headaches. Hard to keep up to a former marine leutenant.. Lifes pretty dull nowadays. I get my kicks picking out the spooks saw one today not hard to spot man was she ugly. Amazing. Thousands in expenses to keep tabs on someone who may or may not earn a few pennies in an average days work. Big brother will spend a million to save a dime. Incapable of hate thats my five minutes of fate, I'm sorry I cannot argue anymore unless you pay. Telescreen off Bruce out.

There is meaning to the madness. Spending all that money having people spy, you own all those spies and control the people you spy on. The people being spied on are disabled by that transfer of wealth alone, that they would support organisations that exist for power over them is irrational as in practice they are supporting their own destruction.

The empire has prospered globally on the basis of setting up states that enslave and control the local population, controlling a pyramid is easy as if the puppet leader develops independant will to do the right thing then you only have an argument with one man but the prison structure persists so you don't have to worry about resident populations. If in more difficulty, a few news stories discredit the leadership in the minds of the people, have a revolution and the people and state are set busy destroying each other.

High power politics is perhaps much simpler than running one's own life. If I had some yearing for power, if I tell someone else what to do, even if that was the best thing to do, there would be little point if I was living their life for them. That is both nonsense and dangerous.
