Introduction to Buckminster Fuller's World Game

Obviously intended as a very serious tool, Fuller choose to call his vision a “game” because he wanted it seen as something that was accessible to everyone, not just the elite few in the power structure who thought they were running the show.

In this sense, it was one of Fuller's more profoundly subversive visions. Fuller wanted a tool that would be accessible to everyone, whose findings would be widely disseminated to the masses through a free press, and which would, through this ground-swell of public vetting and acceptance of solutions to society's problems, ultimately force the political process to move in the direction that the values, imagination and problem solving skills of those playing the democratically open world game dictated.

It was a view of the political process that some might think naiie, if they only saw the world for what it was when Fuller was proposing his idea (the 1960s)--minus personal computers and the Internet. The playing field was not to be so much as leveled, or expanded, but the good 'ol boy political process was to subverted out of existence by a process that brings Thomas Jefferson into the twentieth century.

In order to have this kind of power, the game needed to have the kind of information and tools for manipulating that information that empowers. It needed a comprehensive database that would provide the players of the world game with better data than their politically elected or appointed counterparts. They needed an inventory of the world's vital statistics--where everything was and in what quantities and qualities, from minerals to manufactured goods and services, to humans and their unmet needs as well as capabilities. They also needed an information source that monitored the current state of the world, bringing vital news into the “game room” live. None of this existed when Fuller began talking about a world game.

And then something funny happened on the way to the twenty-first century.....

206173 Jim Tucker’s Bilderberg Itinerary

American Free Press
May 21, 2008

Bilderberg meet at the luxurious Westfields Marriott resort from Thursday, June 5, to Sunday, June 8, at Chantilly, Va., near Washington’s Dulles International Airport.

The address: Westfields Marriott, 14750 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, Va. 20151. Phone: 703-818-0300

On Wednesday, June 4, I will check into the Hilton in Herndon, Va., the closest and cheapest motel ($270+ tax daily). The address: 13869 Park Center Road, Herndon, Va. 20171. Phone: 703-478-2900

While I have a lot of help from both journalists and broadcasters in Europe few, if any, will be in Chantilly because of their budget limitations. (They lack the dedicated readers who help finance these missions.)

You can be sure that Donald Graham and Jimmy Lee Hoagland, chairman and associate editor of The Washington Post, respectfully, will attend as usual. The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Financial Times and executives of the broadcast networks have also attended, among other journalistic whores, on their solemn promises of absolute secrecy. But you will read and hear nothing of this secret meeting of international financiers and political leaders.

Join us. You will help and you will have fun.

Jim Tucker

206173 Was the song 'Hotel California' by seventies band 'The Eagles' inspired by (or even written about) the Bohemian Grove?

The song itself is quite an enigma to music lovers the world over. Some will say that the song is about drugs, some about an asylum for the insane, others will go as far as to say that it is about Satanism, but nobody seems to really know for sure.

As a whole you can easily explain that the piece is about the artists unease in being swept up by a greedy hedonistic music industry of the seventies (as claimed by Don Henley). But where exactly did the specific inspiration for some of the lyrics come from. Having looked into this, my own personal opinion is that at the very least there is more to the song than one can easily explain. It would be certainly interesting to know for sure though.

Chapter 27 starting on page 201 of Cathy O’Brien’s controversial book Trance Formation of America documents how the 'Hotel California' was used within the mind control programmes of which she fell victim to at the Bohemian Grove. Also Mike Hanson’s 2004 book Cult of Conspiracy also elaborates on the use of the song within the sexual abuse activities also involving the Grove.

The lyrics themselves seem to contain very specific innuendo of many of the occultic philosophies, pastimes and perverted activities at the grove, such as: -

being a member of the Bohemian Club ‘for life’ (“you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave”)

the enchantment of the female (the Owl aspect of Molech)

cross dressing (“She's got a lot of pretty, pretty boys, that she calls friends”)

the doorway to Hell (Babylon)

the “mission Bell” (Baal, aka Molech)

There are several more examples throughout the song.

And consider the name of the band the Eagles. A modern (nowadays Masonic) symbol of the Babylonian and Egyptian Phoenix bird which is so prevalent that it appears all over the major crests and currency of the United States. Could the song really be about the California based forest where the guests check in every summer?

There is little other solid reference to the disputed meaning of the piece on the internet, except for maybe, so the evidence must stand purely in the lyrics themselves, now presented…

On a dark desert highway

Cool wind in my hair

Warm smell of colitas

Rising up through the air

Up ahead in the distance

I saw a shimmering light

My head grew heavy, and my sight grew dim

I had to stop for the night

There she stood in the doorway

I heard the mission bell

And I was thinking to myself

This could be Heaven or this could be Hell

Then she lit up a candle

And she showed me the way

There were voices down the corridor

I thought I heard them say

Welcome to the Hotel California

Such a lovely place

Such a lovely place (background)

Such a lovely face

Plenty of room at the Hotel California

Any time of year

Any time of year (background)

You can find it here

You can find it here

Her mind is Tiffany twisted

She's got the Mercedes Benz

She's got a lot of pretty, pretty boys

That she calls friends

How they dance in the courtyard

Sweet summer sweat

Some dance to remember

Some dance to forget

So I called up the Captain

Please bring me my wine

He said

We haven't had that spirit here since 1969

And still those voices are calling from far away

Wake you up in the middle of the night

Just to hear them say

Welcome to the Hotel California

Such a lovely Place

Such a lovely Place (background)

Such a lovely face

They're livin' it up at the Hotel California

What a nice surprise

What a nice surprise (background)

Bring your alibi’s

Mirrors on the ceiling

Pink champagne on ice

And she said

We are all just prisoners here

Of our own device

And in the master's chambers

They gathered for the feast

They stab it with their steely knives

But they just can't kill the beast

Last thing I remember

I was running for the door

I had to find the passage back to the place I was before

Relax said the nightman

We are programmed to receive

You can check out any time you like

But you can never leave

Conclusion: Whereas the lyrics do certainly indicate inside knowledge of the occultic activities of the Bohemian 'Grovers', one must also consider that it is also equally possible that the song did not intentionally cover these aspects, and that the coincidental meaning was picked up by an insider hence the alleged use of the song within the satanic circles of the California Grove.

If anyone reading this has any further comments or suggestions pertaining to the songs connection to Bohemian Grove, please e-mail us

Yes, Glen Frey is a member of the Bohemian Club and "Hotel California" is an album about satanic rituals.

Back in 1976 the rock band called the Eagles, based out of Los Angeles, wrote a song called Hotel California. This song is about.....

You may recognise the tale of the founding of that "church" in a disused hotel in California from the song titled "Hotel California" by The Eagles.

Not surprising then that he published the magazine "Eagle's Wings" that promoted "Sananda's Eagles" and the "Ashtar Command".

The name "Ashtar" is derived from Ashtarte/Ishtar, the Babylonian Goddess of Whores.

Eight months to work on this song? Some of the greatest rock and roll songs of all times have been written in less than twenty minutes. If they are going to beat themselves up for a song for eight months, making it perfect, then you have to believe that each word of the song has meaning. There's a lot more going on with this song than they have let onto thus far. I just love the speculation of the meaning of this song! So many different theories.
- Steve, Chino Hills, CA
I'm sure this has been mentioned previously, but the song tells the tale of an odd night certain members of The Eagles experienced while out partying in San Francisco. This led to this, and that led to the that, and they ended up at the Church of Satan just in time to watch a ceremony among its members. They mingled with the church parishoners, got to know them and what they were about, and witnessed a beast sacrifice. The Church of Satan preaches excessive living, enjoy yourself, pleasure yourself, do what makes you happy and don't feel guilty about it: The American Dream. The Hotel California

etc, etc.
