Alerts aid terror goals, study finds: Intense media scrutiny and politicians' rhetoric heighten sense of fear, researchers say

Three things can be expected from Bush's speech, according to a new study by three Columbia University researchers: The media will repeat the president's remarks. Public fear of terrorism will increase. And the president's poll numbers will rise.

Those have been the effects of presidential pronouncements on terrorism since the Sept. 11 attacks, according to political scientists Brigitte Nacos, Yaeli Bloch-Elkon and Robert Shapiro, in a report prepared for this month's annual meeting of the American Political Science Association.

First you have to assume that the terrorist threat is real which I don't believe it is. My son is in the air force and returned safely from Iraq (thank God) where he confirmed that most of the details he was on were shuttling halliburton employees around. The war in Iraq has nothing to do with a terrorist threat here at home and the majority of the fighting is actually the people rebelling against our occupation there.
I believe that al-ciada and MI6 and alike are responsible for the majority of terrorist acts. There is possibly a small group of terrorist that do carry out acts of terror in their own country but terrorist, I believe through research have not struck the US soil. I
f you think that ruby ridge, Oklahoma, Waco or 9/11 for instance are separate incidences they are not, they were carried out with the same agenda and by the same people the globalist. The agenda of the globalist is only furthered by fear if the public buys into this phony global threat. This enables the globalist to achieve their goals of world control. Fake drug wars and fake terrorist alerts have dominated the controlled news media so you will buy into this phoney terrorist scheme.The real terrorist are the fascist globalist who intend on enslaving you and shreding the Constitution and taking your children to a phoney war only to experiment on them with DU, anthrax and a host of other required injections.
I also think they should get rid of that fear instilling ridiculous color code alert status. It's fear mongering at it's worse.
I believe it's about when the bush administration decides to strike again not when some terrorist in a cave with box cutters strike again. Osama Bin Ladin is a CIA patsie and former operative and a friend of the Bush's who have done business with the bin laden family for years. Bush's oil well failer and subsequent bail out was funded by the Bin Ladens.
Pull our troops out of Iraq and the middle east, we don't have any business there except for the globalist who use the Israeli's and the US as bullies to further their agenda. This war has always been about world domination and control not terrorist. Stand by your country not the president.
