When CPL Noel Guerin #3266 put out his hand to shake mine at the beginning of this video I was taken aback. Most of the time the only time cops approach us is to harass us or arrest us. CPL Guerin proves that not all cops act like jerks or freak out over cameras. Other cops in the Austin Police Department could learn a lot from this guy.

Marijuana Possession Now Decriminalized in Rhode Island

People caught with small amounts now face only a civil citation similar to a traffic ticket and a fine of up to $150. But get caught three times within 18 months and you will be facing a misdemeanor.
