Prison Guard Admits to Sexually Assaulting Dozens of Inmates, Selling Drugs in Prison. No Jail TimeThis week, James Johnson, a former Kentucky correctional officer, avoided jail time after he admitted to sexually assaulting dozens of inmates and supplying the prison with drugs.
