Evanston, Illinois Hosting Juneteenth Parade & Gay Pride Parade, Cancelling July 4th Parade & Fireworks

Earlier this week, all GOP senators along with the overwhelming majority of GOP reps in the House voted to make Juneteenth our new "National Independence Day" and mocked those who claimed it would replace Independence Day on July 4th and further divide America.

It took only one day after the bill was signed into law to prove them wrong.
