North Korean special envoy to the US, Kim Hyok Chol, was not "executed" as the media widely claimed and North Korea's top nuclear negotiator, Kim Yong Chol, who the media widely reported was sent to a labor camp, was pictured attending a musical with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
