The organizers of Houston Public Library's "Drag Queen Storytime" have decided to shut down their monthly grooming program after facing too much heat over one of their participants being outed as a convicted child sex offender.

From The Houston Chronicle:
In an open letter published by Houstonia magazine, the organizers of Houston's Drag Queen Story Time said they are shuttering the controversial program after recent news that one of their readers had previously sexually assaulted an 8-year-old child.
The organizers, Trent Lira and Devin Will, penned the letter, claiming that anti-LGBT groups had been threatening library employees and participants in the story time.

Albert Garza, a 32-year-old registered sex offender, participated in the program under the name Tatiana Mala-Niña, according to the conservative anti-LGBTQ group, MassResistance. That happened before the Houston Public Library started performing background checks on readers.
Their long letter consists mainly of them whining about how they're the real victims in this situation and not the children their grooming.

Here's an excerpt:
Houston Public Library has not wavered in their support of Drag Queen Story Time, which we are extremely grateful for. But ourselves and our library team believe it is time to step away and not continue with the program in March or for the foreseeable future. What started as a fun community event shared between us, a couple of drag queens and kings, and a few families has become a national controversy. People are being threatened. People are being hurt. We believe in what we’re doing, but we don’t believe in putting our friends, our families, or our children in danger. If another person or persons wants to continue our effort or host their own event at some point down the line, they have every right to do so, and it’s likely somebody will.
Homosexual activists are carrying out similar grooming events throughout the country.

This disturbing clip of a man dressed as a woman spreading his legs in front of a young boy while doing a stripper dance at a venue in New Jersey went viral over the last few days and is being celebrated by the media:

In just a few years time, they've gone from "let us do what we please in the privacy of our own bedrooms" to "we have a right to groom your children and we'll work with the controlled media to destroy you and label you a 'hate-filled bigot' if you resist."

We're living through a new Dark Age.
