White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on Wednesday neglected to say whether or not the levee wall and steel fencing authorized by the Omnibus bill is the wall "Trump promised" during his campaign. The $1.1 trillion spending bill explicitly bans any money going towards a wall on the southern border. It only authorizes the funding of "border fencing" and "steel bollard designs." From RT: White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer got into a heated debate with a Breitbart journalist over whether President Donald Trump's much vaunted Mexican border barrier is a wall or merely a fence. Spiering had earlier questioned whether the Trump administration had lied to the public when he promised to build a concrete wall along the southern border, only to water down the project to a fence-like barrier. It sounds like he's going to cuck on the wall, folks. Why wouldn't he just say "that's not the wall," we're going to build a real wall which we've been taking bids on for months and said would be at least 30 feet high and "aesthetically pleasing"? With every passing day it appears more clear Trump's been conquered by the deep state and is no longer running the show. Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter and Facebook. |
