  An ABC affiliate shared video of Hillary Clinton exhibiting some weird behavior during last night's debate. The video shared by ABC 15 Arizona under the title "HC seizure?" shows Hillary close her eyes for a few seconds and exhibit a weird wobbling. "She looked like she was doped up on something," one YouTuber commented. Despite her collapse on September 11th in New York, the issue of her questionable health was not brought up by Lester Holt during the debates. Holt instead chose to focus on Trump's taxes, wild speculation on whose behind cyber attacks and Obama's reconsidering our "first use" policy on nuclear weapons.
