 I am from an all-American family – you know, the kind of family where only pro-American ideas and language were allowed to be spoken. From a young age, I only wanted to be either a cop or a soldier. I’m not sure if those were my ideas, or if it was because as children we are indoctrinated at birth to believe in the pro-police, pro-government BS. So, at the ripe old age of 17, I enlisted in the military. It was during the build-up to the first Persian Gulf War and I decided to jump on the bandwagon and go ‘serve’ my country. Read More
