San Diego — A U.S. Border Patrol supervisor who was being investigated by federal and state officials was arrested Friday. Armando Gonzalez was taken into custody about 3:30 p.m. at an undisclosed location in San Diego County, FBI Special Agent Darrell Foxworth said. The charge or charges are sealed until Gonzalez appears Monday for a federal court hearing. [...]Following a San Diego police investigation, Gonzalez was issued a citation on Jan. 9 for allegedly installing a camera in a women’s restroom at the Border Patrol patrol station on Beyer Boulevard in San Ysidro.
