 IRWINDALE - A former Irwindale police sergeant was sentenced Monday to nine years in prison for sexually assaulting a Chino woman during a 2012 traffic stop. [...]The assault occurred Oct. 20, 2012 near Azusa Canyon Road and Arrow Highway. The woman was delivering newspapers. Fraijo pulled her and asked to see her driver’s license, according to the prosecution.
