 Last week, alleged cop killer Eric Frein was charged with two counts of terrorism. While already facing murder charges, due to the ambush style attack on the Pennsylvania state police, the new charges — terrorism to influence the policy of government by intimidation or coercion and terrorism to affect the conduct of a government — carry maximum sentences of 40 years in prison.
