Cop: 'If Obama Doesn't Follow the Constitution, We Don't Have To'

"I don't give a damn"
by Paul Joseph Watson

A shocking video shows a New Jersey cop responding to a complaint about corruption by asserting that law enforcement officers no longer need to follow the Constitution because it has already been decimated by President Obama.

Seeking to file a complaint about the Helmetta Regional Animal Shelter, Steve Wronko visited the Helmetta Police Department to air his grievances about the shelter falling prey to nepotism and corruption as a result of Helmetta Mayor Nancy Martin appointing her son Brandon Metz to head up the facility.

"I've made objections about what's going on at the shelter over there," Wronko tells the police officer, adding, “My first and fourth amendment rights were violated, my civil rights were violated.”

"Obama just decimated the freakin' Constitution, so I don't give a damn. If he doesn't follow the Constitution, we don't have to," responds the cop, brazenly violating the oath he swore to uphold the Constitution.

The comment is self-evidently shocking, but it also provides an insight as to how corruption from the very top reaches all the way down to the bottom, providing law enforcement with a twisted form of justification for their unconstitutional activities.

At the end of the video, other police officers arrive to kick Wronko out of the building, with the cop who doesn’t give a “damn” about constitutional rights stating, “Either you get out or you’re gonna get locked up.”

“Maybe this instance, captured on film for the whole world to see, will serve as a wake up call to those who may still be asleep,” writes Matt Agorist. “Please share this so that it can help others to see the leviathan for what it is, a gang of thieves writ large.”

The only question that remains is if police officers feel they no longer need to follow the Constitution, should Americans be expected to obey the law?

The Constitution begins with "con" for the reason that it is one humongous CON!

".....should Americans be expected to obey the law?"
Regardless of "expectations," we are all bound by the same rule of law, and I'm not referring to the "ideas" that government writes on paper and calls "law."
I really don't care what happens to the corrupt police officers of this nation. They're bound by their bloody-oath, and, they're too chicken-shit to tell the truth, so, unless they are willing stand-up for the real-life people in their communities, they will have no support from me.

91102 First, that is a level of argument that most learn is BS from before the first grade. Kindergarten bullshit.

For another, that moron of a cop should have to explain in detail just in exactly what way and what part of the constitution is Obama "violating"...but even if he could (he can't) it doesn't have squat to say about whether a peace officer (snikker) has to...they do.

The article here didn't exactly explain how the person wanting to file a complaint was being robbed of his rights (it may well be, I just don't know what happened because it doesn't go into detail) and his flowery "writ large" and "leviathans" is a bit much. People ought to stick to basic english for things like this, clear and unpretentious language otherwise it gets too easily dismissed.

LS, I don't think they care if they have support from you...it isn't we the people that are benefiting from the police, and they are taking your money for it whether you "support" it or not. The way around all this is for more to attend public city hall meetings, and raise the issue, over and over, the more the better. Demand the kind of police you deserve, not these little ceasars.

@nonymous 91102, you're likely right about them not caring if they have my support, though there is more to the military construct than meets the eye. The conspiracy is so unbelievable, that if a cop were to decide to defect (so-to-speak), absolutely no average law-fearing American would likely believe what truths they could reveal. I would, because I've seen the construct firsthand.

I wrote my comment to speak in 2 directions. At first glance it does appear a trivial comment, but the network nodes do see both sides.

82145 If he believes O'bomba is decimating the constitution, he should be calling for his arrest, NOT mimicing his actions.....

91102 As you can see above, he has now "resigned" (yeah...right)

Which is a GREAT thing...sometimes, once in a while it is looking like uncovering these assholes cops, the bad ones (and there are a lot of them apparently. This particular website is hard to take, because it is depressing that so many cops are rotten, evil even, but I have to hand it to this site...they do a fantastic job of collecting the evidence and also verifying or attributing so we know it isn't bs, we get links almost always to the original story.) so we should definitely take this as a win.

162206 Because the president broke his oath doesn't mean everyone gets to. There's no blanket amnesty on taking an oath to defend the Constitution.

@20923, they hate mirrors more. Lots of web police post: HAHAHA when they respond. They also type lots of HH's... You seem to be familiar with their tactics. Care to explain what those letters mean?

@91102, if you're still playing the game, then you've already lost.

@MOLibertyson, my suggestion for you is, listen to SOAD until you can completely comprehend their lyrics.
