Border Patrol Agent Kills Puppy On Live TV

Stupid Border Patrol displayed a wanton disregard for life as they cruelly and carelessly ran over a dog on LIVE TV. (9 seconds in)

UPDATE: A witness at that scene contacted me. Apparently that officer driving was having a bad day and was VERY irritated. He fired his bean bag gun over the heads of the captured illegals (To scare them I guess) and apparently the dog which was with its mother got in his way. He kicked the little dog out of his way so it went across the street to get away from him. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but now I don't know what to think. I present this additional information so you can make up your own minds. Border Patrol, please look into this and find out who this person was. They definitely need help.
