SMITHERS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A police chief is facing charges after an alleged confrontation with a man in a grocery store parking lot.
Cedar Grove Police Chief Aaron Roop, 31, has been charged with misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor brandishing.
