Kentucky police shot a random woman's dog while serving a warrant to someone who "no longer lives at her house." From WYMT: JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - An Eastern Kentucky woman is outraged after she allegedly watched a Kentucky State Police trooper shoot her dog right in front of her.The cop said the dog was "charging" at him.
