It's amazing the lengths cops will go to fabricate charges against people for trying to hold them accountable. In this video out of Oregon, a female police officer exits her vehicle to walk over to a man filming at a DUI checkpoint and tell him it's "illegal" to film her. She claims because he didn't "inform" her he's filming it's illegal, as the law could be bended to make it "wiretapping." He informs her he didn't want to "interfere" with her It couldn't be more obvious he was filming, nor could it be more overt, nonetheless she keeps insisting it's "illegal." When that gets nowhere, she demands the man ID himself and produce his papers. He refuses and keeps filming, and she responds with even more threats. The man, named Chris from the group Oregon Cop Block, holds his ground despite her threats and she eventually waddles away and lets him go, presumably to find a more compliant mark. Chris noted of the incident, "She tried to bluff me but I learned to stand my ground when I'm within the law." "Threatening me with arrest for documenting a public servant is ridiculous." _ Chris from InfoLib runs the website InformationLiberation.com, you can read more of his writings here.
