Video has been released of Derek William's final moments, showing him pleading for medical attention as the police officer who killed him mocks him. The medical examiner in the case was forced to revisit the case and has since ruled his death was a homicide.

69131 The Administration of the Milwaukee Police Department needs to inform the public on their complicity regarding predatory organized gang stalking. Their high technology unit sets citizens up to be predatorily organized gang stalked in their neighborhoods through constant harassment and the use of direct energy weapons on unarmed defenseless people in their homes. They move red cars into my neighborhood surrounding my house and start hitting me in the head with pressure when I, i.e. look out my window, walk through certain parts of my house and drive on the street. This country used to pride itself on honor, courage and bravery; what is honorable, courageous or brave about surrounding a single defenseless person in their house with constant harassment and hitting them in the head with pressure creating weapons. Even after living through YEARS of this intentional abuse, if one of these people (gang stalkers) came to me asking me to intentionally harass or shoot some sort of device at a person I wouldn't do it, maybe that's why they don't like me very much. These are your tax dollars being spent by the FBI to frame and torture people.
