North Korea 'to allow farmers to keep half their produce'
Good for them, now they're on par with the U.S. with our 50% tax rate! - ChrisNorth Korea plans to allow farmers to keep as much as half of their produce in an attempt to boost agricultural output, it has been claimed, in a move that would be a major economic reform for the beleaguered country.
