Anaheim Police Hammer Fists Into Suspect's Face As He Cries "I Quit, I Quit, I Quit!"

Anaheim police, already involved in a myriad of police abuse scandals, have been caught on video hammering their fists into a man's face as two police held him down on the ground.

It's not clear the back story of this incident, nor if the man was ultimately arrested.

Youtuber 'TheChipmunk50' posted this scant description on Youtube.

"Guy was in an argument with anaheim pd, he resisted arrest and was taking down. Pretty intense. Police brutality?"

Update: The poster has provided more back story:

"The guy was drunk and he was arguing with his parents. His mother called the cops so that they can calm him down. Cops showed up and tried to handcuff him so he wouldnt strike the police officers. He refused to be handcuffed And pushed one of the officers, he fell and that was when the two officers began to beat the shit out of him. I think the reason to why he was beat up was that the cop was mad the guy pushed him so he used a little to much force."
