687 All the cops in the cities and county of san diego have an ends justify the means m.o. and prey upon everyone.From street level to the d.a. they will cover each others ass at any citizens expense!they want to pad their wallets and stats and over site is a joke.make no mistake you to are in their sites.If you believe you are a good cop in this city/county SPEAK UP or you will get respect you,ve earned.
