James Holmes Appears In Court -- Has He Been Forcibly Drugged?

It's been "83.5" hours since the shooting took place, so any drugs alleged Dark Knight shooter James Holmes was on should have worn off by now. Yet, in his appearance here in court he looked drugged out of his mind. The shooter of Gabriel Giffords, Jared Lee Loughner, against the wishes of his lawyer was forcibly drugged by the government. Has James Holmes been forcibly drugged as well? Seems counterproductive to forcibly drug someone who you want to give a supposedly "fair trial" to.

9825 Poor thing. He looks devastatingly smashed. I see such a sadness, and sense of being lost in his face. I wonder what was done to him, if he has any idea what he did, or what is happening. My heart goes out to the families who have lost loved ones, and it goes out to this young man. I dont think we know even a fraction of the whole story here.

50102 Why isn't there mandatory drug testing for the court system? Yes, driving under the influence is dangerous but what about taking part in life changing (or ending) proceedings in a court of law? I call for madatory drug testing in all US courts including judges, lawyers, secretaries and law officers. Will it happen? NOT

If there was legalized gambling for trials there might be a chance.
