Who knew "failing to stay within a single lane" was a crime? Is that really not covered under "reckless driving" laws? Apparently, in Delaware they'll not only pull you over for it, they'll steal everything you have in your car. From The News Journal: A traffic stop early today in Harrington resulted in officers seizing more than $7,500 from a motorist. It seems to me such a law is nothing more than an excuse to "raise revenue," or as normal people would call it, steal things. |
