MONTREAL - A coroner's report on a 14-year-old's death after a Gardasil vaccination has reignited concerns about the HPV vaccination program introduced across Quebec two years ago for young girls and women.
On Dec. 9, 2008, Annabelle Morin was rushed to hospital after being found unconscious in a bathtub in her family's Laval home, her head under water. Resuscitation efforts failed and she died.
She had received the second of two doses required for the HPV vaccination on Nov. 24.
