 The flu season is upon us, along with good and bad news. The swine flu epidemic of last year was warned to be an immense disaster and the end result showed it was milder than what had been forecast. The mortality rate of last years flu have estimates showed it turned out to be one-third of a normal year, despite the news of the new human-bird-pig influenza virus known as swine flu. No flashing lights, red flags or disasters occurred. The United States last year had contracted the manufacturing of greater than 170 million doses of the swine flu vaccine and only 90 million were actually used. Read More
