A Comparison of Primitive and Modern Diets and Their Effects

I bought this book a while back as it is highly recommended basically everywhere, I've been reading it ever since hearing Dr. Scott Whitaker mention it in one of his videos, the book is amazing and it will leave you with your jaw wide open. 169233 Have you ever heard of Dr. Gerson. He is another doctor who you might be interested in, if only supplement the research of Dr. Price. It appears to me that Price's approach is appropriate for maintaining health and Gerson's approach is appropriate for healing from chronic diseases.
